1. Eligibility

By using our App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
• You are not barred from using the App under the laws of Turkey or other applicable jurisdiction.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App (such as finding your twin or chatting), you must register using your Google account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to disable your account immediately if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding User Content or community behavior.

3. User Content

Our App allows you to upload photos and create profile information ("User Content").

License: You retain ownership of your photos. However, by uploading them, you grant Mustafa Emre Taflan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Prohibited Content — You may not upload content that:

• Is illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent.
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Virtual Currency (Tokens)

SupTwin includes a virtual currency ("Tokens") that can be used to unlock features.

• No Monetary Value: Tokens are digital items with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or other services outside of the App.
• Purchases: You may purchase Tokens through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. Chat and Conduct

SupTwin provides a messaging feature to communicate with your matches. You agree to use this responsibly.

• Respectful Communication: You agree not to harass, bully, stalk, spam, or threaten other users.
• Safety: Do not share sensitive personal information with strangers.
• Monitoring: While we use encryption for security, we reserve the right to investigate reports of abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality — including the "SupTwin" name, logo, and facial recognition algorithms — are and will remain the exclusive property of Mustafa Emre Taflan and its licensors.

7. Disclaimers

• Match Accuracy: The "Similarity Score" and twin matching features are generated by AI algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any match. The App is for entertainment purposes.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mustafa Emre Taflan, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey (Republic of Turkiye), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
